• 380 Pounds Onions, Fresh, Pre-Chopped, Not Red
• 380 Pounds Celery, Fresh, Pre-Diced
• 19 Cups Garlic Powder
• 380 Pounds Peppers, Green, Fresh, Medium, Canned
• 133 Pounds Sauce, Spaghetti, Tomato & Spice, Canned
• 19 Cups Tomato Paste, Canned
• 19 Cups Soup Base, Chicken, Dry, Low Sodium
• 19 Cups Oregano, Dried, Leaf
• 19 Cups Basil, Dried, Ground, Sweet

1. Cook ground chicken in kettle. Add onions, diced celery, garlic and bell pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes.
2. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, and chicken base, oregano, and basil leaves. Cook in low heat about 1 hour, stirring frequently. Add more water if the sauce is too thick.
3. Add spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente.
