Twin Towers Correctional Facility (TTCF) kitchen is located in downtown Los Angeles and is currently managed by Senior Food Services Manager Rey V. Dualan. The TTCF kitchen prepares approximately 15,100 meals for the inmates and employee staff each day. Of these meals, approximately 700 are individually prepared medical meals.
