Welcome
The Food Services Unit operates one of the largest full-service sheriff's department cooking operations in the United States. A staff of 251 members provides food services support to the entire Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in the form of jail employee daily meal, special function events, emergency meals and inmate daily meals. The total number of meals provided by the Food Services Unit exceeds 80,000 meals per day.
